The sponsor partnership was officially marked yesterday, 5th march 2026, at the club’s grounds, where a new Agrigem pitch-side banner was unveiled at the recently installed practice nets.
To mark the occasion, Agrigem General Manager Barry Browne and Technical Manager Ollie Wright met with the club’s Vice Chairman, Will Lockwood for a photo.
Agrigem’s Technical Manager, Ollie Wright, is a long-standing player for the club and is now utilising his professional expertise to help the team off the field as well.
Ollie is currently advising the club on a comprehensive renovation of the grass pitch, ensuring that the playing surface meets the highest standards for the upcoming season.
"As a local business, we are committed to supporting the community that surrounds our head office," says Barry Browne, General Manager at Agrigem. "Seeing our technical expertise being put to use on the very turf our staff plays on is a fantastic example of how we can give back to Saxilby."
Will Lockwood, Vice Chairman for Saxilby Cricket Club, added: "We are thrilled to have a specialist company like Agrigem on board. Their support is invaluable, not just financially, but also through the technical advice Ollie is providing to improve our facilities. It’s a perfect match."
