Can anyone buy & use pesticides?

New legislation states that anyone can purchase professional use products, but must ensure the person applying it has the relevent qualifications or supervision by an NPTC qualified person. If you are buying pesticides on behalf of the end user, 'you must take all precautionary measures to ensure their competency'. How long does delivery take?

If you order before 1pm you shall receive it the next working day, however, please allow up to 48 hours if you are in a remote part of the U.K or Ireland.

How will my order be delivered? 

There are two ways orders are delivered. Unless the order is large (size and or quantity) it will be delivered via a standard courier service. If the order is large in size or quantity it will be delevered on a pallet via a lorry. 

What happens if my order is delivered on a pallet? 

When accepting pallet deliveries, there must be a suitable place on flat hard standing where the lorry can deliver the pallet. It must also be made clear at the point of purchasing on any specific restrictions on lorry size or unloading for example if you do not have a forklift and require a tail lift on the lorry. Failure to do this may result in further charges being incurred by the purchaser. We must also have 2 telephone numbers for hauliers to contact you with any issues.

Can you ship into Europe?

Yes, we ship to many countries in the EU. Please email us for a detailed shipping quote.

How can I pay?

We have many options of paying. You can use PayPal, Sage pay, BACS or send a cheque. If you are a large user you can apply for our credit account. Details can be found on the trade account page.

Can I get discounts?

If you are looking for a large amount of product, or are a trade user then please contact us as we may be able to offer you discounts.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes. You can cancel orders before they are dispatched via email or telephone.

Can I turn up and buy a product without using the Click & Collect service? 

Yes, however we would recommend calling before you arrive so we can check your desired product is in stock.
