Seed is supplied at optimum quality for strong, even germination, and is hand-cleaned to ensure exceptional purity, so only clean, uncontaminated seed reaches your site. Each heritage mix can be provided with a certificate of authenticity, detailing the species list, origin and exact recipe. Designed as a lower-growing flowering lawn, this mix is ideal for areas that need a neat appearance with regular cuts through the season, while still delivering a charming display of native wildflowers.

For best results, sow onto a clean, weed-free site and remove or control annual weeds using mechanical cultivation or a suitable contact herbicide. Persistent perennial weeds such as docks, thistles, nettles and couch grass should be treated in advance with an appropriate total weed killer such as Roundup Pro Active. Once clear, cultivate the ground to create a fine, level seedbed. Broadcast the seed mix evenly, then roll to firm the surface. Strong soil to seed contact is essential for reliable germination.
