  2. Promotional offers are only valid from the dates shown in the relevant marketing literature. This includes but may not be limited to, website content, promotional emails and counter literature.
  3. Agrigem Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend promotional offers without notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions, on our website, or in an email.
  4. Agrigem Ltd shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to us as described in our privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at Agrigem Privacy Policy - Agrigem and in accordance with data protection legislation.
  5. This offer will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

  7. Discounts and promotional offers are valid for purchases made within the offer period only.
  8. Discounts cannot be backdated or applied to orders from before the offer period.
  9. Discount codes and promotional discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, unless otherwise stated.
  10. We reserve the right to decline orders where a promotion code is invalid.
  11. Promotion codes and discounts are only valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
  12. Only one discount code can be used per order, per person.
  13. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e.: with applied discount and not at the RRP of individual items.
  14. Agrigem shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply if you are in receipt of an Agrigem Gift Voucher:

  1. The promoter of this voucher is Agrigem Ltd, Gem House, Riverside Enterprise Park, Skellingthorpe Road, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2FU
  2. Your voucher is valid for one year from data of receipt. The expiry date will be shown on your individual voucher.
  3. Gift vouchers must be used in full in one transaction or as part payment for your purchase.
  4. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  6. Gift vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
  7. Only one gift voucher can be used per order.
  8. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  9. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
  10. Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay invoices or transferred to a customer account.
  11. Gift vouchers can only be used to purchase physical products sold by Agrigem Ltd.
  12. Any refunds will be given as a credit note.
  13. Gift vouchers are only valid when presented in person – in store. The voucher cannot be used online or by any other means where the bearer is not present and in possession of the gift voucher.
  14. Agrigem Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher in payment or part payment for any item where it reasonably suspects that the voucher may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way.
  15. Gift vouchers may be subject to verification at time of presentation.
