Returning a Product - I've Changed My Mind

  • If you want to return your product because your ordered by mistake or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return the item.
  • You must email us on customerservices@agrigem.co.uk to notify us of your intention to return.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the product to us. Return details will be emailed to you.
  • You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the return, on the payment method used to pay for the order.
  • You are responsible for paying for the postage of the returned item.

Returning or Replacing A Faulty Product

  • If a product is faulty you need to inform us and return the item within 30 days of receiving your item to receive a full refund.
  • You must contact customer services at customerservices@agrigem.co.uk with a detailed description of the fault and photographic evidence.
  • We may repair or replace the goods if you do not notify us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Faulty product repairs and replacements may not be accepted after 6 months.

We always encourage you to inspect all products when you receive them. This includes opening and inspecting all components.
