Agrigem Ltd. has announced the launch of two new soluble iron sulphate products; Easy Flow Soluble Iron Sulphate and Premier Soluble Iron Sulphate, both under the popular Nutrigrow brand.
Both products are designed to green up and toughen grass, help suppress moss, and strengthen grass plants against frost and disease during winter. They will also help correct iron chlorosis—the appearance of paler, lime green patches in lawns and sports turf.
Easy Flow: Designed For Anti-compaction
The Easy Flow Soluble Iron Sulphate product aims to prevent common issues with product compaction. Moisture is removed prior to packaging, which makes the product far less likely to compact than other products.
• Contains 20% ferrous sulphate
• Highly soluble product - dissolves very quickly, even in cooler water
• Granule size ranges from 4mm down to powder
• White/green colour
Premier Soluble: A Food-Grade Iron Sulphate with Zero Sediment
The Premier Soluble Iron Sulphate is a food-grade iron sulphate and is more soluble than other products, with zero sediment. The formulation is fully soluble.
• Contains 19.9% ferrous sulphate.
• Zero sediment in the tank
• A smaller granule size of 1mm
• Green in colour
Application and Storage
Both products share recommended application rates:
• Knapsack Sprayer: 200-500g per 10L.
• Boom Sprayer: 10-25kg in 500L per hectare.
Customers should be aware that iron sulphate is hygroscopic and will absorb water on contact with moisture in the air. Correct storage in a dry, cool and well-ventilated environment is essential for both.
